Shipping & Return Information
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouses in the USA and Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
After that you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. Please allow in some cases up to 48hs for your tracking information to be updated.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it can take 7-20 business days for delivery in the United States, Canada, Australia, UK, New Zeland, Europe, and 10-25 business days for other international orders (depending on location).
Although all our orders typically arrive earlier than this as those are estimated delivery times.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means that you typically do Not pay anything extra.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
Our "Smart Shopper Guarantee" lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for paying for it's own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
